Well, that's the final straw (ahem) then. I've been debating if it's  
cheaper to build
my "barn" (woodshop really) as a separate steel building or just make  
a bigger
garage (in Denver I always just had it in the basement). But since my  
woodshop
is an even bigger fire  risk, I think it's a no brainer to make a  
separate building.
