[Strawbale] Living Roof on SB

     Apart from adaptations for dealing with a steep slope, the only 
real change I made from his method is to add a plastic layer over the 
insulation, to shed most of the water before it ran under the 
insulation and along the roof deck.  A small detail, but important 
for thermal efficiency.
