Andrew,

I concur with Rob Tom your request is only doable for steady state 
where equilibrium moisture content levels can be used to determine 
moisture content of the materials in the SB wall. This is not realistic 
though as the air humidity levels inside and out vary quite strongly 
influencing EMC levels of the building materials.
