Frank,

         It was such a pleasure to meet you - more than just the good 
work you've done, your way of being in your own skin was something 
for me to aspire to. You are a genuinely pleasant person to be 
around... and smart! A job well done all around.

         I've gotta say that the Canadian strawbalers that I've met 
over the last dozen years have - almost to a number - been some of 
the kindest, most considerate and thoughtful people I've ever come across.


         Some of the people you mentioned in your email aren't on 
this list, but I can (and will) make sure they see your kind words.


         It's my understanding that the contact list to be assembled 
for the DVD will only include the people who signed up for the DVD. 
Not everybody signed up for the disc (I don't know what the 
percentage was), and there were people who had already left the 
conference by the time the sign-up sheets happened.

         Also, I was one of the first people to sign up for the DVD - 
sometime after I did, there was a line added for people to give 
permission to have their contact info included. When I found that 
out, I went back to check the box - and somebody had already done it. 
Since other signups near mine didn't have their boxes checked, my 
assumption is that somebody checked my box by accident, meaning to 
check theirs. So they won't be included in the abbreviated contact list.

         I'm just not clear on the reasons for the security. There 
could be perfectly legitimate thinking behind it for all I know.
