Each house participating in the monitoring project would need to put up a  
file containing particulars relating to the house, the climate, occupancy  
etc. but that would come out in the discussions if and when the project  
went ahead and in order for it to go ahead, it would need participants so  
no point getting into particulars yet was my thinking.
