[Strawbale] Building department inspection requirements

Shortly after posting my question on the list I contacted the Ontario Straw Bale Building Coalition and found that they had an Inspectors Building Package.  It doesn't particularily specify inspections per say, but does give the inspector a lot of valuable information that gives them the  ability to design their own inspection protocols. Sounds like the right medicine for now.
