[Strawbale] Prickly Pear Cactus Juice

Hi All

I'm wondering if anyone down south knows how I can get ahold of some 
prickly pear cactus juice.  I am currently conducting a research 
program on effect of plaster type on moisture management for 
application on straw bale walls, and would like to use prickly pear 
juice as one of the additives I will be testing.  I don't need a 
whole lot: I'm making about 16 sq.ft. of panel, 1 1/4" thick for 
each type of plaster.  I'd love to be able to say I could grow my 
own up here, but it is currently about minus 27 degrees Celsius here 
in Winnipeg (-81 degrees Fahrenheit).
