It is a garage floor you can fill and even paint after
all
? Or is it a secret extra room you want to use for
something else in the future?  
Maybe polish the floor and turn it into an art
gallery
?

However there are fibers you can get put in a stiff
concrete mix (ask at the ready mix plant)You could use
metal mesh and as said use control joints 
 and let it
all go for at least a week in my opinion.
