Thanks for making me aware of it, but my design is already pretty
much set, and I do not want anything more complicated than I already
have. I am counting on super insulation to get me my efficiency, and
am not doing any sort of thermal storage at all. My house will not
have a slab, but will have a crawlspace and raised floor. Concrete
slab was fine for my workshop, but in the house, my wife demands a
softer floor than concrete, or anything over concrete. We had a
house with a raised floor once before and the difference in feet and
legs after standing for long periods of time is enormous when
compared to concrete.

thanks,
dion
