[Strawbale] Master's Theses

Hi There

Does anyone know how to get a hold of a copy of Joseph McCabe's and 
Ghailene Bou-Ali's master's theses from the University of Arizona?  
The University doesn't seem to keep them on file... The theses are 
entitled "Thermal Resistivity of Straw Bales for Construction" 
and "Straw Bale and Straw Bale Wall Structural Testing", 
respectively, and were both completed in 1993-1994.
