I have seen SB homes in our area tauted as "quality construction" homes
(as opposed to Fine Home or Tract Home). That is a point for the
"Resale" thread, but I think also points to your "Renaming" thread. Our
personal drivers for a SB home bring up ideas like: Quality
Construction; Thick-wall Construction; Efficient Wall Construction;
natural quality wall construction; eco-quality wall construction. Maybe
also spin off of SIP and some of the other construction techniques:
structural insulated thick wall (SIT Wall) construction; natural
insulated thick wall (and/or maybe drop the "thick" part); natural block
composition wall/construction.
