[Strawbale] strawboard for kitchens?

A number of companies producing strawboard have gone out of that
business. Mostly, it seems to be a marketing problem in introducing a
new material people are unfamiliar with.
Two possibilities:
Meadowood Industries in Oregon produces a ryegrass panel that includes
a sufficiently high density that it could probably be used for
cabinets: http://www.meadowoodindustries.com/
A Canadian company, Panel Source International, makes plywood and OSB
that is formaldehyde free and LEED certified, from reclaimed fiber:

A number of the listing in Oikos other than these are either out of
business or make products that are not suitable for your use (such as
straw-based SIPs--very interesting, but not germane).
