[Strawbale] change name of straw bale const.

Hi Andrew,
       Well looks like the strawbale community just won't get any proper sleep till the name upgrade thing becomes reality so I'll toss a few more possibilities into the ring.
         - "Ultimate wall " to silence those who would detract before they can draw wind.
         -" Celluwall"   If firewood is a stackwall then straw is etc. etc.
         - "All Weather Wall " Since sb construction is effectively used world wide in all climates
         -" World Wall "     Another variation of the above theme
         
      Someone with a way with words can wind these into some catchy tongue twisting acronyms while I go out and bed the cows with STRAW, ( calves are commin' ). On second thought maybe we won't mention that this primo wall material is also used to soak up bovine biomass.....
                                                                                                          Ah well Cheers to ya,
