There are references to both Corcoleum and to ceiling panels made this 
way at this link:
Magnesium Oxycloride is used as a binder of wood or straw to make 
fireproof ceiling panels.

I have been trying to find a supplier of larger quantities of these 
compounds but only seem to be coming up with dietary supplements.

Every once in a rare while I get a newsletter from EcoCement, the 
company from Tasmania, and while I think they're on to something I don't 
know if anyone is making any effort to switch to the material, 
especially since it's a proprietary process(iirc). Unlike Portland cement.
