[Strawbale] Magnesite

Many years ago I remember seeing a beautiful, floor in a Frank Lloyd Wright 
designed house in Grand Rapids MI that was a magnesite floor.  I haven't found 
much info on it.  Does anyone have a how to, installation instructions on it?  
I think it also goes by the name of Diato?
