Climbing out of lurk: Thank you John for doing those calculations and 
sharing them. This company has really stirred things up in the 
sustainability circles.  So then the questions that come to my mind on this 
revolve around how we can make loans more accessible to people for this 
technology. If leases are structured correctly they can make sense, which 
seems like an opportunity for our utilities and municipalities.
