Citizenre is one of the first into the game. They don't have competition
because nobody has really tried this before. Their experience, and that of
others, will be helpful. With commercial systems, leasing equipment is old
hat. They are working to package an equipment lease in a way that makes
sense to/for homeowners.
People didn't start buying cars in China until the banks would loan money on
them. Now the streets are clogged with secretaries driving to work in their
new cars. The same could happen with solar. The numbers make a lot of
sense. It's a matter of getting finance capital into the market in a
friendly way.
