[Strawbale] Natural Hydraulic lime vs. Hydrated lime?

This goes out to Michel Couvreux (or anyone else too!)  We're getting  ready 
to start our SB house, and need some answers about lime plaster.  We  want to 
make sure we're ordering the right thing.  What is the correct  wordage - 
Natural hydraulic lime?  or Hydrated lime?  Where do you get  it from?  We thought 
we found a source locally, an animal feed store.   I think it was hydrated 
lime that was listed in the store's book that we can  order.  Luckily, we didn't 
order yet.  I'd hate to have 230 bags of  the stuff and find out it's the 
wrong kind!
Kindly steer me in the right direction.  Thanks!
