[Strawbale] Our SB house has been approved!

I received word today that both the Main House/Granny unit SB  
structure, as well as the
"steel building accessory structure" have been approved by the city  
and the permits
are being issued.

Total time for approval about 10 months (5 months with the architect  
to initial submittal,
5 months in "plan check").

Building will now commence in earnest!
