Snohomish County, Western Washington. Just north of King County, where
Seattle is. We live about 40 miles from the Space Needless.

The county was great, as is our P.U.D., which has done alternative energy
demos for years and has tried to extend rebate and other programs across
the county. Part of our five-year-plan includes solar hot water/pre-heating
and PV and wind with grid intertie, so I talk to them every now and then as
well.
