[Strawbale] 5 perms / no ventilation; and top-of-wall

I work with the City of Ann Arbor Community Development Department as a
Rehab Specialist and write about 25-30 specs/year. We always spec out
EPDM roofing (NOT TORCH DOWN) because of its high quality, durability,
and longevity to a project. When I worked as a contractor, before my
City job, we always gave our clients life time guarantees when we
installed a rubber roof. I am not so sure about how environmentally
friendly the rubber is but it can't be beat for protection.

Re roof leaks;
is modified bitumen roofing still used and is still
considered cost effective high quality roofing?
