[Strawbale] 5 perms / no ventilation; and top-of-wall ( Not Torch Down )

I used torch down when it was considered "state of the
art". The first layer was attached with lots of
roofing nails. A special large head propane torch was
purchased ($50?) or rented. A third generation general
contactor I know burned a project to the ground with a
mistake with the tourch, as I recall. I am glad he had
a good sense of humor ;-)
