[Strawbale] 5 perms / no ventilation; and top-of-wall ( Not Torch Down )

We have had a lot of problems with torch down roofs, mostly from
improper installation.

The strong emphasis of "NOT TORCH DOWN" leads me to wonder if there are 
problems with this type of membrane. ??
