[Strawbale] 3-string bales...

What am I missing?  Is there some sort of regional difference?  Here 
in Colorado, any straw for building this year would have been 
harvested last fall.  Are you implying that that Lou will be baling 
straw in July?

Seems to me that all straw available for this building season is 
already baled, or not available at all until after fall harvest.
