If you search on "Aliz" (the traditional Spanish spelling), you still won't
find much about natural plasters. However, you might find one excellent
article by Carole Crews, who is one of the most knowledgeable people I
know, regarding natural and traditional plastering, as practiced in
pre-industrial New Mexico (which melded indigenous traditions with those
coming out of Spain, Northern Africa, and the Middle East).
