[Strawbale] Tashcrete again

I made some little blocks out of perlite and portland
cement. I wanted them to be light weight. I was rat
proofing a greenhouse. The rats were coming in through
the corrugated roof. I took a sheet of roofing and
filled it with the stuff, screeded it with a 2x4 and
scored it every 4", so they would break in even
pieces. When dry, I stuffed them in. They said I would
never stop them. It worked well. no more rats running
though trays.
That is a common way to make light weight concrete, I
guess.
