You can probably find them in the cabinet hardware section of most  
building supply or hardware stores but if not, Lee Valley Tools carries  
them:

It's common to use magnetic touch latches with these (magnet keeps door  
shut, pressing lightly on the door causes the magnet to disengage and a  
spring kicks the door open) but they're not essential.
