[Strawbale] Frost Heave

Hi Guys,
It seems that for a super insulated building a wood
floor and foundation would be a better choice than
concrete; it is cheaper, cheaper to insulate and can
be insulated well with low cost, "green" cellulose,
can last about the same length of time with good
moisture management, the new wood treatment are not
very toxic. Is there any concern with frost heave for
wood on gravel?
