We're not talking about RTFs we're talking about shallow frost protected
foundations (as the section of the OBC that I quoted clearly indicates and
as the NAHB document clearly indicates and as I've clearly indicated more

They've written to me off list and I've responded with the detailed
information they asked for.

You're trying to stretch the scope of this discussion to find a place where
you can be right.  My original post was and still is correct.  It's time for
me to get back to the real world.
