No information is given on the site about heat flow and temperature 
gradients, nor is any data offered from the two example houses shown. 
I don't believe the system described at this site has any chance of 
providing comfortable heating to a house.

Among its problems is a lack of any way to regulate the heat flowing 
into the house through the floor, from the heat-storing earth below the 
house.  If you could store enough heat, at a high enough temperature 
(after three years), to help heat your house on a cold winter's day, 
then that floor would be putting out uncomfortable heat during the rest 
of the year.
