As I recall, someone with a thin shell insulated
monolithic dome with no purpose built heating system
turned on "cracked" a window open for comfort and
fresh air in front of his desk in winter with snow on
the ground in the St Louis MO area of the USA while
wearing a tee shirt.

I don't think so

I some ways, but we all get to choose and we should
all me comfortable with what we do. There may be no
perfert system in every regard. Hopefully we can think
about our plans and refine them prior to building.
Some people are intereted in build like local people
did 100s and 1000s of years ago, with minimal
up=grades such as a wood stove.
