[Strawbale] 2x2" galvanized welded wire mesh for SB house

Hi everyone:  Just an update on our SB house progress.  We're  getting ready 
to put the remesh in the floor and the PEX tubing for radiant  floor heat, but 
my hubby is gathering things we'll need when we do the strawbale  part.  He's 
been searching online for the 2x2" galvanized welded wire mesh  to put on the 
strawbales (we're doing a post and beam).  He finally found a  place that has 
it, that isn't all the way across the country (USA).   They emailed him a 
price quote today.  It about knocked our socks  off!!!  Can you believe they 
quoted a price of $747.50 for one roll  that is 100' long, and 4' wide???  We're 
still looking....needless to  say.  (Andrew Morrison, if you're reading this, 
we still have that guy's  number you sent us...will check into it if need be).  
Oh, by the way, this  company that quoted such a high price...they measured 
the wire in inches...not  feet.  So, it reads:  length (span for Grating):   
1200.0000   (that's inches....not feet).  I'm just so amazed...I  had to share.
