[Strawbale] concrete floor vs. wood floor

Hi Kathy,
I believe would is a poor thermal insulator. This is
one of the ideas behind optimum value engineering
(OPE); a system of framing a house that uses minimal
framing members to reduce thermal bridging. Therefor
wood would not insulate the heat from the radiant
floor well.
