[Strawbale] flashing details

I think the window flashing was discussed a lot about
six months or a year ago on this list, including high
quality, low cost ideas such as EPDM rubber left over
from roofing and shower pans that could be used under
the windows. I think one person ordered extra EPDM
rubber just for this purpose and this made the most
sense to me.
As for the bottom of the exterior wall, I think most
conventional now use the flashing with holes in it. I
think this common flashing would be low cost partly
because it is used so much. As an option perhaps
ventalated roof cap could be used with your flashing
somehow, but the flashing with holes might be lower
cost and work better, this from someone that has not
worked on or learned much about SB construction.
