Howdy SB subscribers -

I would like you to welcome Bren Smith, a long time subscriber to the 
list, as the new list sitter.  He has been gracious enough to take 
over the duties from me.  He is a computer professional by trade, so 
he should easily be able to handle the issues which normally occur 
with the list.

Please give him every courtesy as he gets oriented to his duties.  I 
will be watching over his shoulder for a short while so that the 
transition goes smoothly.

At this time, I would like to thank all the subscribers for being a 
generally good group to manage.  We have been through our ups and 
downs with the list dying now and then, and have had disagreements as 
how to manage the list details, but all in all, everyone has been 
civil and caring of the other subscribers on the list.
