I just wanted to give you a "still green behind the ears" welcome,  Bren.  
And, Dion...thanks for all the good advice you and countless others  have 
provided.  I don't post much, but now that our roof is on (finally), I  may be 
posting questions soon with "how do you do this?" type of  questions.  Maybe 
someday I'll have some answers for other newbies.   Great group.
