[Strawbale] PVC - continuing OT thread

If one wanted use something other than PVC for a large plumbing project 
- I need 8" to 10" diameter pipes,
are there any recommendations?

It's drainage issue so it doesn't need to be safe for drinking water, 
and hopefully would be pretty cheap.
