[Strawbale] Access to the CMHC report

A number of people asked where they could get the full CMHC report "Straw 
Bale Construction in Atlantic Canada". It is available on the CMHC FTP 
site at this address:

You could also phone 800 668-2642 and request a hard copy (with the CD and 
DVD). It is free to Canadians. There is a nominal charge for all other 
countries (they can tell you the cost at the 800 number).
