     Pretty close.  The former is more used in cases where you have  
too much heat, and you need some place to put it temporarily, or for  
re-distribution, as on a computer breadboard.  The second is more  
used in cases where you want to store warmth or coolness so that you  
can later draw from it.  Both applications rely on the same principles.

     Theoretically.  There'd be little harm in it, unless the bottles  
are located directly over the library.
