[Strawbale] Annual General Meeting for the Ontario Straw Bale Building Coalition

The Annual General Meeting for the Ontario Straw Bale Building Coalition 
is planned for Sunday, February 10, 2008 at Camp Kawartha, just north of 
Lakefield, Ontario, Canada.

There will be sessions in the morning for professional members, followed 
by the general meeting in the afternoon. To simplify the meeting for 
this year, there won’t be any meals served, so participants are asked to 
bring their own lunch. It is crucial that whatever food items you bring 
remain NUT free to respect life threatening allergies in the school 
groups who regularly use the camp facilities. The board will provide 
drinks & snacks to participants.

Please come to the AGM prepared to renew your membership. Feel free to 
invite interested homeowners, professionals and interested folks to come 
out & join.

Schedule:

9am-10am: Coffee, muffins, salute your colleagues

10am: Ontario Building Code Commission hears of straw again
with Ben Polley and David Elfstrom

11am: Summary of Sir Sandford Fleming College Sustainable Design and 
Construction course
with Chris Magwood

12:00: lunch (bring your own!)

1:00pm:  LEED (Leadership in Energy Efficiency and Design) for Homes
with Derek Satnik

2:00pm: Drink & snack break, and renewal of memberships

2:30pm: AGM
