How much structural strength do you need? Are you going to drive
over it. Walk pachyderms on it?
Could you do this:
Dig a trench.
Layer of gravel.
Get a million or so 5 gallon poly ethelene pails.
Cut the bottom off them
Place in trench, with overlapped ends.
cut more bottomless pails in half lengthwise.
Lay over the joints.
Drill through both pails and pop rivit together.
Add fill.
If the goal is to get the water away, it might work.
If it's important that none of it leak, it's harder.

Would galvanized steel culvert work?
Would a trench of large rubble, with appropraite
infiltration work?
Would it be mroe reasonable to use a small pipe and a fast pump?
Does concrete pipe work for this?
