Laren also suggests thermal storage under the floor in
a cistern, but the attic seems to be more a efficient
place in some cases, perhaps for those that are not
planning on having a cistern.
there is a type of rigid insulation that can take more
weight than normal, I think, that might do well under
the weight of a concrete cistern.
