In looking at the latest listings of the SB Registry and checking in  
with Bill Christensen, it seems there are four states with no listings  
for straw bale structures. If it is true that there are sb's in these  
states, it would be quite helpful to be able to state that there were  
sb's in every state in the US.

Would anyone with knowledge of sb's in

Delaware
Hawaii
New Jersey
or Rhode Island,
